Initial Comments:
Based on the findings of an unannounced onsite hospice complaint investigation conducted on March 8, 2022, and concluded off-site on March 11, 2022, Crossroads Hospice of Philadelphia was found to be in compliance with the requirements of 42 CFR, Part 418, Subparts A, C, and D, Conditions of Participation: Hospice Care.
